I believe that architecture begins long before the first line is drawn. Every project starts with understanding a place: its landscape, its history, its social dynamics and the ways people inhabit it.

Rather than designing objects, I am interested in creating relationships. Between people and places. Between architecture and landscape. Between existing structures and new ways of inhabiting them.

Working across scales, my projects are guided by research, drawing and critical reflection. I seek to create environments that remain open to interpretation, appropriation and change.
